Salon Policies
To give every guest a great experience, the following policies apply to all services. By receiving services at NAILS BB, you agree to these policies. Policies may change without notice.
- Walk-ins & wait times. Walk-ins are served in order of arrival as technicians become available. Wait times given by phone are estimates and may change.
- Late arrivals & cancellations. Please call (562) 588-9353 if you are running late or need to cancel. Late arrivals may need a shortened service or may wait for the next available technician.
- Pricing. Prices on this website are starting prices for reference only and may change without notice. Your final price depends on length, shape, design and nail condition and is confirmed before your service begins.
- Check before you leave. Please check your nails before leaving and tell us right away if anything needs attention, and we'll adjust it then. Services are considered final once you leave the salon. We do not offer refunds on completed services.
- Fix requests. Requests to fix lifting or chipping on gel or enhancement services within 5 days of your service are reviewed in person and handled at our discretion. Fixes do not cover damage from accidents, picking, biting, using nails as tools, harsh chemicals, or work done at another salon. Regular polish is not guaranteed.
- Your health. Before your service, tell your technician about any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions or medications that may affect your skin or nails. Results and product reactions can vary from person to person. We may decline or stop a service if nails or skin appear infected, irritated or broken.
- Right to refuse service. We reserve the right to refuse or stop service when permitted by law, including for disruptive or disrespectful behavior toward staff or guests.
- Personal belongings. Please keep your personal items with you. NAILS BB is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged belongings.
- Children. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while in the salon.
- Photos. We may photograph finished nails (hands or feet only) for our website and social media. Let your technician know if you prefer we don't.

Do you take walk-ins?

Where is NAILS BB located?
We're at 1720 Clark Ave, Long Beach, CA 90815, in East Long Beach, a short drive from Los Altos, Lakewood and Signal Hill.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday 9 AM – 7 PM, Saturday 9 AM – 6 PM and Sunday 10 AM – 5 PM. Holiday hours may vary.
How long does a gel manicure last?
Many gel manicures last around 2–3 weeks with proper care, but wear varies with your nails, daily activities and aftercare. See our Salon Policies for fix requests.
Do you do acrylic, dip powder and gel extensions?
Yes. We offer acrylic full sets and fills, ombré, dip powder, gel extension sets and refills, plus French and nail art. We also offer kids manicures and pedicures and face and body waxing.
What is the CBD Volcano pedicure?
The Ultimate CBD Volcano is our 9-step signature spa pedicure. It includes nail and cuticle care, a CBD Volcano soak, warm steamer therapy, callus treatment, a CBD collagen mask with hot towel wrap, a CBD collagen lotion massage and a polish finish, plus a free add-on of hydrating mask socks or paraffin wax.
